Some cool art's been whipped up

Closing up August and cruising into September I find myself with all sorts of “bonus” art, that is, art of original characters for promotional material.

Thanks for rocking with the Starboob #1 webtoon roll out! And you haven’t just click the cover above and you can read it easily on your phone, right now! Go on, I’ll wait…

Because Starboob #2 is about to be in the works I had to throw the readers a few bones so they don’t forget about me, and that means whipping up promo art that’s actually based on the story beats in the script. This is stuff that’s not in Screw Comics 5. I whipped these up one weekend, took a few days to grey them out and viola! Some bonus art. Peep it below, or see them at the end of the last chapter in the Webtoon. Your choice!

He finds a shard of the same rock that gave Teresa her powers.

somewhere over the Caribbean, Teresa will battle a horse-headed woman who also has a shard of the space rock.

heeding the call to an extraterrestrial just outside the atmosphere…

…and falling short of that call. Teresa will need to get stronger to meet this being.

And that’s the bonus art! The script has 9 issues in the can already, just gotta sit and work on them.

Something I whipped up for the Zine Fest Houston 2025 compilation. It’s western themed so I drew an upcoming character in her western get-up reading with character Walter Lutalica. Her speeder bike is called The Deathless Horsie, y’all.
